~Pineapple Pork Chop~
Braised thick cut pork chop smothered in a sweet pineapple sauce

~Pot Roast~
Tender pieces of oven roasted beef served with carrots, celery, and onions

~Fried Chicken~
Juicy pieces of battered fried chicken. Hot and steamy. The perfect dinner with our mashed potatoes and green beans or any other combination you would like

~Citrus Salmon~
A lemon-lime crusted fillet of salmon topped sweet citrus glaze. This is one of our favorites!

Fried Rice with pieces of pork, peas, carrots and egg

Tuesday’s Specials

 
~AYT Meatloaf~
Even if you don’t like meatloaf, you will like ours! 
Slightly spicy meatloaf loaded with fresh vegetables, topped with a rich tomato sauce. We like to pair it with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans

~Creamy Garlic Chicken~
You loved it so much…We brought it back!  Lightly breaded chicken breasts baked in a creamy garlic sauce.

~Fried Tilapia~
Light and flaky tilapia breaded and fried.  Topped with a lemon and butter wine sauce.

~Eggplant Parmesan~
Tender slices of eggplant, lightly breaded and fried to a golden brown then layered between a traditional marinara, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses.

Wednesday’s Specials


~Shephard’s Pie~
A classic combination of meat, green beans & corn all topped with mashed potatoes.  Everything you could want in a Southern supper.

~Chicken and Dumplings~
Tender pieces of all-white meat chicken with dumplings.  A good old country favorite!

~Shrimp Beignets~
Pieces of gulf shrimp in a hushpuppy-like, tempura batter.  Fried to perfection & served with our Po-Boy sauce

~Fried Pork Chop~
A thick cut pork chop breaded & seasoned just right, then seared to lock in the juices and fried in the skillet

Tender rib tips, smoked then smothered in a sweet hickory glaze.

Chicken breast stuffed with ham, cheese, and butter, deep fried to a golden brown and topped with a Dijon mustard sauce.

~Shrimp and Grits~
A Carolina classic recipe.  Plump shrimp in a spicy pepper gravy spooned over creamy stone-ground cheese grits topped with crumbled bacon and green onions.
